Great Big Green Week 18-26th September 2021
In September communities across the country will join together for the Great Big Green Week. It will be the biggest event for climate and nature ever in the UK, and everyone’s invited!
The Great Big Green Week will take place 18 – 26 September 2021, and will be the largest event for climate and nature ever seen in the UK. Thousands of events will celebrate how communities are taking action to tackle climate change and protect green spaces, and encourage others to get involved too.
These events will range from art installations, to concerts to community stalls, to climate cafes, and everything in between; hosted by teachers, bus drivers, sport clubs, artists, community groups, places of worship, builders and anyone who cares about climate change. Great Big Green Week community hubs will celebrate local activity, raise the profile of climate change and show why it is relevant to communities and local decision makers.
National organisations, institutions, businesses and media outlets will join in, getting more people involved up and down the country, and putting pressure on the UK Government to up its game on climate change.
Henley Eco Business Fair 22nd September 2021 | 10:00 – 3pm
In partnership with Henley Town Council, South and Vale Business Support, and Naked Planet, we are hosting an Eco Business Fair to highlight the brilliant green and sustainable approaches of local businesses in and around Henley.
Our exhibitors will demonstrate to other businesses, investors and the wider community how they are proactively tackling the challenges resulting from climate change.

Cleantech Venture Day 21st October 2021 | Online event
The meeting place for climate-positive companies and investors
Building on a 15-year record of successful Cleantech Venture Days in London and Helsinki, Cambridge Cleantech and Oxfordshire Greentech are once again teaming up to bring this world-class pitching and investment event to you, this time in a digital format. Cleantech Venture Day has been a trailblazing event for the cleantech community since it started in 2006. Over the last decade and a half, more than 275 companies have pitched at Cleantech Venture Days and as much as 650 million euros has been invested as a result of the events.
Around twenty cleantech innovative companies will be selected to pitch to an audience of experienced investors at this established event, and you could be one of them!Over the last few years, Cleantech Venture Days have attracted some of the biggest names in the climate-positive investment space such as Goldman Sachs, BP Ventures, CatGrowth, Sustainable Ventures, Seedrs, Longwall Venture, Cyan Finance and SET Ventures.
