Upcoming Events – March & April

Despite not being able to conduct in-person events at the moment there is a whole host of events happening online. Check them out below!

OxLEP Events

As the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP), it is our role to champion Oxfordshire’s economic potential, acting as a catalyst and convener to drive a dynamic, sustainable and growing economy.

Global electricity systems are undergoing a once in a century energy revolution, driven by renewables, electric vehicles and electrification of heat and power.

The Oxford-Cambridge Arc Leadership Group is working with Government to define the sustainable economic growth we want to pursue. The changing energy system will underpin much of this.

This online event will showcase energy innovations from across the Arc as well as highlighting challenges and opportunities that the energy revolution presents to the area.

Makespace Oxford will discuss the benefits of meanwhile use, collaborative working and utilising unused and empty buildings.

Makespace Oxford will discuss how it is working to change the way people think about space, by working collaboratively with landlords and socially conscious organisations, small businesses and artists, to create community driven spaces that breathe life back into unused and empty buildings in Oxfordshire.

In this webinar we will explain how to create the foundations for a high-performance culture, how to identify your employee’s behavioural preferences, and how to set clear objectives and then adapt your leadership style to help then to achieve.

You will leave with practical tips that you can put into practice straight away.
