Invitation to Tender for Evaluation of Low Carbon Project

We are seeking someone with research skills to carry out an evaluation of the OxFutures project.

The Low Carbon Hub, lead partner in OxFutures, is seeking someone with research skills to carry out an evaluation of the OxFutures project.  This three year, £3.2 million European Regional Development Fund collaborative project aims to grow Oxfordshire’s low carbon economy.   A mid-term evaluation report is needed early in the new financial year and a final evaluation soon after the project finishes in March 2020, delivered within a £10k budget.
